The Sound of the Soul Retreat is an intimate, immersive experience led by internationally acclaimed artist SIMRIT, whose music and teachings have inspired audiences around the world. Set amidst the lush beauty and sacred energy of Bali, this retreat weaves together yoga, meditation, breathwork, chanting, sacred music, wisdom teachings, and meaningful community into a life-changing journey of healing, self-discovery, and renewal.
Each day is thoughtfully curated to create space for both deep inner work and joyful living. Begin your mornings with sadhana, yoga, meditation, and nourishing rituals. Spend your afternoons in inspiring workshops, meaningful discussions, and time to rest, swim, journal, or simply be present. Your retreat includes six nights of accommodations at Lumina Sanctuary, breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day, and the full five-day Sound of the Soul Retreat experience with SIMRIT.
Programming includes daily yoga and meditation, chanting, singing, and Naad Yoga teachings(the science of sound and consciousness), live music and sacred sound experiences with SIMRIT, wisdom teachings, group discussions, a native water temple blessing with the local Balinese priest at the incredibly rare water temple right next door, DJ dance parties, night time live events, and dedicated time for rest, reflection, and integration.
The retreat also includes a Sacred Water Temple experience and ground transportation to and from the airport.

Yes, breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided daily. Lumina Sanctuary serves organic, healthy, anti-inflammatory meals made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We strictly exclude highly processed sugars and chemical additives from both our restaurant and your in-room minibar, replacing them with wholesome, house-made refreshments. Every dish is crafted to honor your health without compromising on rich, natural flavor.
Airfare to and from Bali, travel insurance, passport or visa expenses, personal purchases, and any optional activities, excursions, spa treatments, or services outside of the scheduled retreat program are not included.
Not at all. No previous yoga, meditation, or musical experience is required. This retreat welcomes all levels and is designed as a journey of self-discovery, connection, and renewal rather than a performance-based experience. Whether you're completely new to these practices or have years of experience, you are welcome.
